Your organization does the fundraising. Wild Daisy Wellness supplies the product.

Sell Wild Daisy Wellness gift certificates to your supporters and your organization receives 20% of every certificate sold.

How It Works

  1. Tell us about your group. Complete and submit the form below.

  2. Review and approval. Wild Daisy Wellness will contact you to discuss your proposed fundraiser. All fundraisers require written approval from Wild Daisy Wellness before your group may promote the fundraiser or sell gift certificates. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval.

  3. Start fundraising. Once your fundraiser is approved in writing, your group can begin! Sell Wild Daisy Wellness gift certificates in $25, $50, and $100 denominations, according to the agreed fundraising terms.

  4. Earn money for your group. Your group receives 20% of the value of every gift certificate sold through your approved fundraiser.

  5. Your supporters enjoy the full value. Each purchaser receives the full value of their gift certificate to use toward services at Wild Daisy Wellness.
